- Help and advice to implement a new FDM / HFDM Program or upgrade the current program.
- Independent Review of current FDM / HFDM Program to seek for improvement opportunities.
- Mentoring for newly implemented FDM / HFDM program.
- Temporary assignment of FDM / HFDM program tasks, in order to relief company resources during implementation, upgrade, or other temporary situations that may impact the continuity or effectiveness of the program.
This may include simple tasks as part of the FDM Process such as Event Validation, Event Review and Assessment, and Crew Awareness, or more complex ones.
